I am a M.S. student focusing on insect physiological ecology. I am currently interested in studying the interactions between nutrition and development in two generalist caterpilars, Heliothis virescens and Helicopvera zea. By utilizing the 'Geometric Framework', I hope to show how different diets composed of various protein to carbohydrate (P:C) ratios can directly affect development and lifetime fitness in capitalist breeding insects. Outside of the lab, I enjoying traveling to new locations and riding my bike.

B.S. in Entomology (Texas A&M University, 2007)
